The agenda for this meeting of the Guilderland Industrial Development Agency can be found here. There are 3 meetings with items for consideration, the Finance Committee Meeting, the Governance Meeting and the Regular Meeting of the IDA Board. Finance will consider the 2026 budget, Governance will deal with Records Retention policy, while the IDA Board will engage the important topic of Affordable/Workforce Housing policy of the Guilderland IDA and adopr the 2026 budget.

IDA Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
