Comprehensive Plan Update

Regular Meeting

1. Town Clerk's referral of the Town's Tentative Budget for 2026.

2. Consider scheduling a public hearing for October 21, 2025 at 7:00pm on the assessment roll for the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area under NYS Town Law § 202, as requested by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Department.

3. Consider scheduling a public hearing for October 21, 2025 at 7:05pm on the assessment roll for the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area under NYS Town Law § 202-A, as requested by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Department.

4. Consider authorizing the Western Turnpike Golf Course to issue a request for proposals for upgrading the fire sprinkler system and dry pipe valves, as requested by the Director of Golf.

5. Consider the permanent appointment of Kyle Murphy as a Paramedic, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

6. Consider naming the new Town road in the Barth Meadows subdivision as Azalea Drive, as requested by the Assessor.

7. Consider authorizing amendments to the adopted 2025 budget, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

8. Consider awarding the bid to replace the Town Hall boiler to Crisafulli Mechanical LLC, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $53,380.000, as recommended by the Town Engineer and Building Superintendent.

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
