The agenda for this Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals can be found here. There are 3 items of interest for consideration:

• 15 Ruth Terrace. Public hearing for an area variance to permit the construction of an addition in a front setback.
   

• Western Avenue. Public hearing for a USE variance to permit the development of a vacant parcel as a drive-thru restaurant in the TOD zone.
   

• 1701 Western Avenue. Public hearing for an area variance to permit the installation of more than (2) signs with a total area more than 50sf.

Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and may also watch meetings on live stream on the Town website.
