Sketch Plan Review - 310 Flex Park (Adjacent to 310 Wayto Way) - SJM Realty
No formal application has been submitted to the Town. The applicant is interested in expanding the current industrial warehouse/office building development located at 310 Wayto Way. The current development is located on 10.95 acres and is located in the Industrial District. The applicant purchased the adjacent 19 acre parcel, which is located in the R40 District, a single-family district. A Change in Zone from the R40 District to the Industrial District would need to be approved by the Town Board prior to consideration of the Warehouse application. The applicant is proposing 7 buildings ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to 40,000 square feet.
The site is bounded by I90 to the south, I890 to the east and the entrance/exit ramps to I890 to the north. To the west is the current industrial park.
Meetings of the Development Planning Committee are held the 3rd Wednesday of every month, as needed, at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
