• Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit for a Retail Cannabis Dispensary - 2028 Western Ave (formerly Cone Zone) - Jason Southwood. Continued site plan review from the March 26th Planning Board meeting.  The applicant is proposing to convert an approximate 1,638 square feet existing building (the former Cone Zone) to a Retail Cannabis Dispensary on 0.95 acres in the Local Business District.
   

• Draft Comprehensive Plan Update - SEQR Coordinated Review - Town Board Adoption of Comprehensive Plan Update. Continuance from the January 22, 2025; February 26, 2025, March 12, 2025 and March 26, 2025 Planning Board meetings.  Discussion on the Draft Comprehensive Plan Update for Planning Board review and consideration of comments to be forwarded to the Town Board as part of their adoption of the Comprehensive Plan Update.
  
   

Meetings of the Town Planning Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY 12084 on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday every month and the public is encouraged to attend.

Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.

In addition, the public may listen and view the meeting on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
