1. 2040 Western Avenue (CVS) -- Unsafe turns out of the parking lot, no signage exiting the parking lot.

2. East Old State Road-- Continuing complaints of speeding vehicles and overweight trucks.

New Business

1. Eileen Wroczynski email - 4/1/2025:

   • Speeding on Old State Road.
   • Drivers are running the red light at the intersection of Carmen Road and Old State Road intersection.
   • Abrupt decrease in speed limit from 45mph to 40mph on eastbound Western Avenue, just after the intersection with Route 146 as it heads to Altamont.
   • How will the huge increase in traffic be handled once Costco opens on Route 20 in the already congested area between Johnston Road and Fuller Road?

2. Russel Green - Morningside Drive

   • People keep cutting across to avoid turning at 146.
