Continued Cases

• 3903 Carman Road. Continuation of a Public Hearing from 03/05/25 for an area variance to permit three signs for Mobil where two are permitted.

New Cases

• 3400 Gari Lane. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit a subdivision that results in the creation of lots that do not meet the minimum dimensional requirements for width and approval for the use of side setbacks applicable to clustered subdivisions.
   

• 3447 Gari Lane. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the installation of +/- 75lf of 6ft privacy fencing.
  
   

Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
