• Concept Plan Review - 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - 2272 W Old State Rd - Michael J Della Rocco III.The Applicant is proposing a 2 lot subdivision of 41 acres of land located in the RA3 District.  Lot 1 would consist of 3 acres of land and Lot 2 would consist of 38 acres of land and contains an existing single-family dwelling, barns and garage.
   

• Draft Comprehensive Plan Update - SEQR Coordinated Review - Town Board Adoption of Comprehensive Plan Update. Continuance from the January 22, 2025 and February 26, 2025 Planning Board meetings.  Discussion on the Draft Comprehensive Plan Update for Planning Board review and consideration of comments to be forwarded to the Town Board as part of their adoption of the Comprehensive Plan Update.
  
   

Meetings of the Town Planning Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY 12084 on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday every month and the public is encouraged to attend.

Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.

In addition, the public may listen and view the meeting on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
