New Cases:

• 3903 Carman Road. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit a three signs for Mobil where two are permitted.
   

• 1414 Western Avenue. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the replacement of a pre-existing non-conforming, freestanding sign within 11ft of the right-of-way.
   

• 6786 Westfall Road. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the installation of a 10.2kW ground mounted solar array in a front yard.
   

• 1250 Western Avenue. Public Hearing for an area variance for the construction of a new firehouse within 15ft of the right-of-way where the front yard setback is 25ft.
   

Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and may also watch meetings on live stream on the Town website.
