Public Hearing

• At 7pm Public Hearing on a proposed local law to impose a moratorium on certain residential development.

Regular Meeting Agenda

• Consider adopting the amended Department of Emergency Medical Services' Hardship Fee Waiver Program, as requested by the Acting Director of EMS.
   
• Consider scheduling a public hearing for April 15 at 7pm on a draft local law that would extend eligibility for real property tax exemption for Town residents who are volunteer firefighters in fire departments in adjoining municipalities.
   
• Consider approving amendments to the Town's 2024 and 2025 budget under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
   
• Consider approving an updated residential and commercial water usage rate schedule to take effect on March 5, 2025, as recommended by the Department Superintendent of Water and Wastewater Management.
   

• Consider awarding chemical bids for 2025-2026 to the listed lowest qualified bidders for the Department of Water & Wastewater Management, as recommended by the Superintendent of the Department of Water & Wastewater Management.
   

• Consider approving performing artists agreements for the 2025 season of the Guilderland Performing Arts Center, as recommended by the Recreation Administrative Assistant
   

• Consider several permanent appointments of Emergency Medical Technicians as recommended by the Interview Committee and Acting Director of EMS.
   

• Consider waiving all building, zoning and planning fees associated with the McKownville Fire District's new fire station at 1250 Western Avenue, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector and consistent with past practice for municipal building projects.

• Second Public Hearing on Comprehensive Plan Update Tuesday, March 18 at 7pm

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
