(Extension of the initial moratorium that expired a few months ago)
2. 1250 Western Avenue - Area variance for side setback relief from Brookwood Avenue for new McKownville Fire Station
3. 634 Route 146 - Flocuzzio Construction. LLC - Special Use Permit for the construction of four commercial buildings totaling 42,500 SF and associated parking, stormwater practices, and utilities
