The applicant is proposing to construct four commercial buildings, which will be used as lease spaces for future tenants, totaling 42,500 square feet, with associated parking, stormwater and wastewater treatment on 7.3 acres of land located in the RA3 District.

Concept Plan Review - 15 Lot Major Subdivision - East Old State Road - Tax ID# 27.19-2-78 - Frederico Polsinelli. The applicant is proposing a 15 lot subdivision on 21.9 acres of land located in the RO30 District. The parcel is located in the Pine Bush Preserve Management Area and is a property recommended fora protection agreement/easement. A total of 5.33 acres (24.3% of the site) is proposed for open space/forever wild lands. A concept plan for the proposed subdivision was reviewed by the Development Planning Committee at their August 18, 2019 meeting. A summary of the meeting is attached.
Meetings of the Town Planning Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY 12084 on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday every month and the public is encouraged to attend.
