Town Board Meeting

  • 1. Consider scheduling a public hearing for February 4, 2025 at 7pm on the draft Comprehensive Plan Update

    1. 2. Consider scheduling a public hearing for March 4, 2025 at 7pm on a proposed local law to impose a moratorium on land use development.

      1. 3. Consider authorizing the Town Planner to submit an application under a NYS Department of Environmental Conservation program for the adoption of a conservation overlay zoning district.

        1. 4. Consider accepting the Guilderland Conservation Advisory Council's 2024 annual report and forwarding it to the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Conservation under NYS General Municipal Law § 239-x (1)(f).

          1. 5. Consider approving the 2021 financial audit, as recommended by the Town Comptroller and Fiscal Officer.

            1. 6. Consider approving amendments to the Town's 2024 and 2025 budget under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

              1. 7. Consider awarding the contact for two fairway mowers and a turf grass sprayer to Cutting Green, LLC, the sole responsible bidder, or $94,395.00, as recommended by the Director of Golf.

                1. 8. Consider adopting a proposed resolution authorizing the funding of the costs for the replacement of the culvert over the Bozen Kill on Leesome Lane under the Bridge NY Program.

                  1. 9. Consider appointing Heather Murphy to the Traffic Safety Committee.

                    1. 10. Consider appointing Rebecca Alex as a Telecommunicator in the Police Department, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

                      1. 11. Consider appointing Michael Drake as a laborer in the Department of Water & Waste Water Management, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

                         

                      Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.

                      Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.

                      In addition, the public may listen and view the meeting on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
