The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing 6,338 square feet fire house and construct a new 12,375 square feet fire house on 0.73 acres located in the BNRP District.

Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit - Residential Facility, Independent Living - West Old State Road Tax ID# 27.19-1-5.3 - Serafini Builders, Inc.
The applicant is proposing a 12 unit residential facility, independent living project consisting of three buildings with 4 units in each building on 1.37 acres located in the BNRP District. A garage space will be provided for each unit.
Meetings of the Town Planning Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
