- Town of Guilderland 10-2412040608 McKownville Fire District. New Fire Station, McKownville Fire District at 1250 Western Avenue. Site plan review for the demolition of an existing volunteer fire station (6,338 sq. feet) that was constructed in the late 1960s and rebuild a new volunteer fire station (12,375 sq. feet) at the same location.
