• 456 Route 146.  Public Hearing for a Special Use Permit/Area Variance to permit the conversion of automobile repair space to an expansion of an existing convenience store.  An area variance is requested for an addition to the building that will encroach in a side yard setback and a buffer to a residential district.
   

• 2360 Western Avenue.  Public Hearing for a special use permit for the demolition of a motor inn and the construction of a self-storage facility.
