Agenda

1. Consider adopting the proposed 2025 Town budget.

2. Consider adopting the Americans With Disabilities Transition Plan.

3. Consider approval of the re-levy of delinquent water accounts totaling $224,348.80 as requested by Albany County Tax and Finance.

4. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk to sign the Collector's Warrant for water charges in the amount of $758,101.06.

5. Consider making the following appointments to the Board of Assessment Review, as recommended by the Town Assessor:

   • Patty McCardle, Member                 5-year term ending September 30, 2029
   • Debra Riitano, Member                   5-year term ending September 30, 2029
   • Nancy Klopfer, Alternate Member     1-year term ending September 30, 2025
   • William Meehan, Alternate Member  1-year term ending September 30, 2025

6. Consider approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the Town and CSEA Unit B for a three-year term starting on January 1, 2025, as requested by the Town Comptroller.

7. Consider adding Don Ritter as a member of the Town's American Revolution 250th Anniversary Committee.

8. Consider approving modifications of the 2024 adopted budget under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

9. Consider adopting a resolution in favor of Small Business Saturday (November 30, 2024).

10. Consider waiving the building permit fee for a shed removal at 1630 Western Avenue, owned by Congregation Beth Abraham, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

11. Consider increasing the current Hydrant Flow Testing fee of $500 to $1,000, as recommended by Superintendent of Water.

• 2. Veterans' Day

  • Monday, November 11 (Town Hall closed)
  • Tuesday, November 12 (Transfer Station closed)

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
