Consider approval of the re-levy of delinquent water accounts totaling $224,348.80 as requested by Albany County Tax and Finance.

Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk to sign the Collector's Warrant for water charges in the amount of $758,101.06.

Consider waiving the building permit fee for a shed removal at 1630 Western Avenue, owned by Congregation Beth Abraham, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

Consider increasing the current Hydrant Flow Testing fee of $500 to $1,000, as recommended by Superintendent of Water.

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
In addition, the public may listen and view the meeting on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
