PUBLIC HEARING. Site Plan Amendment for a Previously Approved Senior Living Facility - 3407 Carman Road - Tralongo 3407, LLC
The applicant is proposing to amend a previously approved site plan for a 12-unit senior living facility on 1 acre of land located in the Local Business District. In May 2024 the Planning Board approved a 12-unit senior living facility consisting of three 4-unit buildings. The property was recently sold and the new owner would like to amend the site plan, proposing one 12-unit building and a detached 6 stall garage building.

The applicant is proposing a 4 lot subdivision of 242 acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. Lots 1-3 will be located on the north side of Western Turnpike (NYS Route 20). Lot 1 will measure 3.81 acres. Lot 2 will measure 6.78 acres. Lot 3 will measure 5.78 acres. All lots will consist of private wells and septic systems. Lot 4 consisting of 224.14 acres is located on the south side of Western Turnpike.

Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit - Convenience Store w/ Fuel Pumps - 456 NYS Route 146 - Guilderland Food Mart, Inc
The applicant is proposing to renovate and convert an existing service station with fuel pumps to a convenience store with fuel pumps on 0.5 acres located in the General Business (GB) District. The property is located at the southeast corner of the NYS Route 146/School Road intersection.
Meetings of the Town Planning Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
