• Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for October 15, 2024 at 7:00pm on the assessment roll for the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area under NYS Town Law § 202, as requested by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Department.
   
• Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for October 15, 2024 at 7:05pm on the assessment roll for the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area under NYS Town Law § 202-A, as requested by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Department.

• Consider making the following appointments to the Town of Guilderland's American Revolution 250th Anniversary Committee: John Haluska, Mary Ellen Johnson, Aaron Mair, Christine Napierski, Gus Santos.
   

• Consider authorizing the Town Attorney to sign documents for the dedication of 20.48 acres of land associated with the recently approved State Farm Road subdivision and accepting the dedication of the 20.48 acres of land, as recommended by the Town Planner.
   

• Consider acknowledging receipt and review of the Town's draft report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
   

• Consider approving amendments to the 2024 Town budget, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
   

• Consider the permanent appointment of Octavia Turner to the position of Telecommunicator in the Police Department, as requested by the Personnel Assistant.
   

• Consider the permanent appointment of David O' Hehir III to the position of Paramedic in the Department of Emergency Medical Services, as requested by the Personnel Assistant.
   

• Consider waiving the building fee associated with rain damage at 40 Providence Street, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.
   

• Consider authorizing the Guilderland Town Court to apply for a Justice Court Assistance Program grant in the 2023-2024 grant cycle up to $30,000, as recommended by the Town Clerk.

• Comprehensive Plan Update Committee: Public meeting – Thursday, October 10 at 7pm
   

• Household Hazardous Waste Day 2024: Saturday, October 12 from 8am to 2pm at Highway garage
   

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
