1. Presentation by CHA Consulting, Inc. on the proposed construction of sidewalks on Carman Road and East Old State Road.

2. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the Landscape Maintenance Agreement with the State for the roundabout at Carman Road and Lydius Street.

3. Consider adopting a resolution that approves the Town Comptroller's audit findings and recommendations for the Town Justices for the year ending December 31, 2023.

4. Consider the provisional appointment of Traci Schanz to the position of Court Liaison in the Town Court, as requested by the Personnel Assistant.

5. Consider approving the Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan and Hazard Communication Program Policy.

6. Consider scheduling the public hearing on the draft Americans With Disabilities Transition Plan for Tuesday, October 1 at 7pm.

7. Consider approving amendments to the 2024 Town budget, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

8. Consider cancelling the Town Board's December 3, 2024 meeting and moving its December 17 meeting to December 10.

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
