• 4218 Becker Road Public Hearing for an interpretation to challenge the Code Enforcement Officer's decision to cite a violation of the District Uses of the Zoning Code for utilizing a single-family dwelling for the purpose of transient rental accommodations.

• 1 Crossgates Mall Rd - Best Buy. Affirmation of the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector's determination that proposed site plan improvements are consistent with the original Site Plan approved pursuant to SUP 8-00.
