Agenda

• Consider awarding the contract for leasing golf course carts to Satch Sales, the lowest responsible bidder, as recommended by the Director of Golf.
   
• Consider approving the Albany County Division of Finance's request to re-levy unpaid water amounts on the 2024 property tax bill, as requested by the Town Clerk.
   
• Consider approving modifications of the 2023 adopted budget under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
   
• Consider scheduling a public hearing for November 9, 2023 at 7:15pm on the application to rezone 64.85 acres from an existing 128.4-acre parcel, located at 6283 Farm Lane, from R040 (Residential Overlay) to proposed RA3 (Rural Agricultural -- 3-acre minimum), as recommended by the Town Planner.
   
• Consider scheduling a public hearing for November 9, 2023 at 7:30pm on a local law to expand the exemption from Town property taxes for eligible disabled persons.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
