• 1. Presentation of the Town's 2024 preliminary budget.
   

• 2. Consider scheduling a public hearing for October 17, 2023 at 7:15pm on a proposed local law to increase exemption of eligible senior citizens for Town tax purposes.
   

• 3. Consider approving the resolution for funding the right of way acquisition costs for the sidewalks on Carman Road and East Old State Road.
   

• 4. Consider awarding the contract for the repair and replacement of the clubhouse roof at the Western Turnpike Golf Course to Perfection Roofing, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $95,680.00, as recommended by the Director of Parks & Recreation.
   
• 5. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk to sign the water warrant.
   

• 6. Consider approving modifications of the 2023 adopted budget under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
   

• 7. Consider the interim appointment of Town Planner Ken Kovalchik as Stormwater Management Officer under Town Code Chapter 241, as recommended by the Town Attorney.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
