Agenda

• Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for October 3, 2023 at 7pm on the application for Black Creek Run Country Hamlet, as recommended by the Town Planner.
   
• Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the Construction Contract with Jahnke & Sons Construction, Inc. for the new fire training center.
   

• Consider adopting the resolution for the Town's administration of the Town of Knox's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
   

• Consider adopting the resolution for the design and construction of the bridge/culvert of Foundry Road over the Hunger Kill.
   

• Consider authorizing the Comptroller's Office to close the listed inactive escrow accounts, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
   

• Consider approving, under NYS Town Law 112, proposed modifications to the 2023 adopted budget, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
   

• Consider acknowledging receipt and review of the 2022 Single Audit of the Town's federal expenditures, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
   

• Consider authorizing the Western Turnpike Golf Course to issue a request for proposals for leasing golf carts.
   

• Consider making the following appointments to the Board of Assessment Review, as recommended by the Assessor:

  Teresa Freeman - permanent member, five-year term ending Sept. 30, 2027

  Nancy Klopfer - alternate member, one-year term ending Sept. 30, 2024

  William Meehan - alternate member, one-year term ending Sept. 30, 2024
   

• Consider the permanent appointment of Aron Schauer to the position of Parks and Building Maintenance in the Parks & Recreation Department, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.

Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
