1. Consider approving modifications of the 2023 adopted budget under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

2. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 202, for the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area for October 17, 2023 at 7:00pm, as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.

3. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 202-a, for the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area for October 17, 2023 at 7:05pm, as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.

4. Consider authorizing the Guilderland Town Court to apply for a Justice Court Assistance Program grant in the 2023-2024 grant cycle up to $30,000, as recommended by the Town Clerk.

5. Consider awarding the contract for a used type III Ambulance to Gorman Enterprises, as lowest qualified bidder in the amount of $52,955.00, as requested by the Director of EMS.

6. Consider the permanent appointment of David Kellerman as Laborer in the Parks and Recreation Department, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
