Agenda

• 1. Consider the applicant's request to extend Local Law No. 3 of 2020 ("Great Oaks Planned Unit Development") for one year, as recommended by the Town Planner.

• 2. Consider the applicant's request to extend Local Law No. 2 of 2021 ("Amending Local Law No. 7 of 2017 for the Pine Bush Senior Living Planned Unit Development") for one year, as recommended by the Town Planner.

• 3. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for September 19, 2023 at 7pm regarding the proposed Black Creek Run Country Hamlet, as recommended by the Town Planner.

• 4. Consider the application for rezone of property located 1854 Western Avenue from Single-Family Residential (R15) District to Local Business District, and referring the application to the Planning Board for review and comment, as recommended by the Town Planner.

• 5. Consider the proposed agreement with Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP for design, survey, and other tasks for the multi-use path on State Route 146 from Western Avenue to Tawasentha Park.

• 6. Consider the resolution in support of the application for grant funds under the NYS Water Infrastructure Improvement Act to construct a filtration system for the Town's wells.

• 7. Consider the release of $5,501.76 in escrow funds to Rosetti Companies, as recommended by departments heads.

• 8. Consider the permanent appointment of Jennifer Shannon as Keyboard Specialist in the Assessor's Office, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

Supervisor's Update

• 1. Altamont Fair (Tuesday, August 15 to Sunday, August 20)

• 2. Tawasentha Park pool (tentative closing on September 3)

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
