• Public Hearing. Proposed Remote Access Policy whereby meetings can be held remotely according to the provisions of Section 103-a(2)(a) of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York (the “Videoconferencing Law”) passed by the New York Legislature (04/09/2022).

This meeting of the Guilderland Industrial Development Agency shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
