• 1. Consider awarding the contract for the McKownville stormwater improvement project to the lowest responsible bidder American Evergreen Inc. in the amount of $2,646,055.00, inclusive of three alternatives in the bid proposal, as recommended by the Town-designated engineer.
• 2. Consider declaring the Town Board as lead agency status under SEQRA for the Black Creek Run PUD, a Type I action, and authorizing the issuance of 30-day coordination letters to involved agencies as recommended by the Town Planner.
• 3. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for June 21, 2022 at 7pm on local law to prohibit programmable digital and similar signs.
• 4. Consider an agreement as to what roads will be paved and the cost associated with paving for this year as recommended by the Highway Superintendent.
• 5. Consider approving the budget modifications as set forth in the memorandum by the Fiscal Officer.
• 6. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the Collector's Warrant for the Water District for $452,205.52.
