The agenda for this meeting of the Town Board can be found here. There are 4 items on the agenda for consideration:

• 1. Consider adopting the proposed resolution requested by State DOT relating to the funding and construction of the new sidewalk on the south side of Western Avenue from Devonshire Drive to Mercy Care Lane (Guilderland Public Library).
   
• 2. Consider approving the permanent appointment of Kelly Dorman as a Paramedic.
   
• 3. Consider approving the budget modifications as set forth in the memorandum by the Fiscal Officer.
   
• 4. Consider adopting the proposed determination under the State Environmental Quality Review Act for improvements at Nott Road Park and Tawasentha Park that are funded by a State and Municipal Facilities grant sponsored by State Senator Michelle Hinchey.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
