There are 4 items for consideration:

• Consider authorizing the soliciting of proposals relating to the construction of new Emergency Medical Services substation near the entrance to the Western Turnpike Golf Course as requested by the Director of EMS.
   
• Consider adopting new water and sewer rates as requested by the Assistant Superintendent of the Department of Water & Wastewater Management.
   
• Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the Police Range Use Agreement with the Town of Colonie as requested by the Chief of Police.
   
• Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for March 15, 2022 at 7pm on Local Law No. 2 of 2022 that adopts rules and regulations, including application and agreement, for the Conservation Easement Exemption Program.

The Governor's Executive Order No. 11 related to COVID-19 allows for the attendance of meetings telephonically or other similar service and says,

"Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed;"
