- PUBLIC HEARING. Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration for a 3 Lot Subdivision - John Raucci - 3476 Carman Road The applicant is proposing a 3 lot minor subdivision of 1.5 acres of land located in the Single-family (R15) District. Lot 1 will consist of a 28,421 sq. ft. lot and contains an existing accessory structure (vegetable stand). Lot 2 will consist of a 18, 752 sq. ft. of land and contains an existing single-family dwelling. Lot 3 will consist of a 18,752 sq. ft. lot. All proposed lots will be accessed from Carman Road.
- Project Update and Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration for a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - Joyce Livingston - 6180/6182 Johnston Road The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision of 2.0 +/- acres of land located in the Residential Overlay (RO40) District. Lot 1 would measure 0.528 acres in size and includes an existing single-family dwelling. Lot 2 would measure 1.473 acres in size and includes a number of accessory buildings and single-family dwelling.
- Site Plan Amendment Review for the Preserve at West Creek - Vosburgh Rd/Western Ave - Vosburgh Corner Associates, LLC The applicant is requesting to add 12 parking spaces to the site plan that was approved in July 2019 for a 112 unit apartment community on 10.32 acres located in the Multiple Residence (MR) District.
- Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Contractor Yard - 4304 Frederick Road - B&B Containers, Inc. The Zoning Board of Appeals has referred a site plan associated with a Special Use Permit for a proposed contractors yard for storage of equipment and roll off containers on a parcel consisting of 55.8 acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District.
The meeting will be held via Zoom pursuant to the Governor's legislation, Executive Order No. 11, which allows for virtual public meetings through January 15, 2022. Continuing legislation, Executive Order No. 11.2, is effective until 02/15/2022.
