- Concept Plan Review for a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - Joyce Livingston - 6180/6182 Johnston Road The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision of 2.0 +/- acres of land located in the Residential Overlay (RO40) District. Lot 1 would measure 0.528 acres in size and includes an existing single-family dwelling. Lot 2 would measure 1.473 acres in size and includes a number of accessory buildings and single-family dwelling.
- Concept Plan Review for a 4 Lot Minor Subdivision - JKM Builders, LLC - Old State Road/Abbey Road (Parcel #26.00-3-23.2) The applicant is proposing a 4 lot minor subdivision of 75.03 acres of land located in the Single-family Residential (R40) District. Lot 1 and 2 would be accessed from Abbey Road and Lot 3 and 4 would be accessed from Old State Road. Lot 1 would consist of 15.06 acres; Lot 2 would consist of 20.42 acres; Lot 3 would consist of 24.34 acres; and Lot 4 would consist of 14.91 acres.
- Site Plan Review (Warehouse w/ Offices) Associated with a Special Use Permit - Miron Holdings, LLC - 60/62 Railroad Avenue The applicant is proposing a 68,000 square feet warehouse with offices on 5.7 acres of land located in the Industrial (IN) District.

The Governor's Executive Order No. 202.1 related to COVID-19 allows for the attendance of meetings telephonically or other similar service and says,
"Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed;"
