• Christmasland Sheds. Christmasland has added accessory structures on the property at 3068 Furbeck Road. If the Board deems these to not be accessory based on the most recent Special Use Permit amendment, then the structures will require a Public Hearing to amend the current Special Use Permit.
   
• Sign: 1475 Western Ave Temporary banners advertising carriage rides.
   
• Sign: 100 Acre Wood Ln Free standing sign for the Cloverpond Vineyard.

The Governor's Executive Order No. 202.1 related to COVID-19 allows for the attendance of meetings telephonically or other similar service and says,

"Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed;"
