Agenda - Consider scheduling a public hearing for October 19, 2021 on the Town's opt- out/opt-in option for marijuana dispensaries and/or consumption sites.
- Consider approving and authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the Collector's Warrant for the September 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022 billing cycle for the Water District in the amount of $160,249.11.
- Consider the permanent appointment of Steven Latchaya to the position of Laborer in the Water Department.

The Governor's Executive Order No. 202.1 related to COVID-19 allows for the attendance of meetings telephonically or other similar service and says,
"Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed;"
