Public Discussion on whether the Town should allow dispensaries and consumption sites for marijuana and cannabis products that were legalized by the State.
- 1. Consider authorizing the use of funds from the American Rescue Plan Act for the following purchases as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
- 2. Consider establishing and initial funding for the capital accounts for SAM grant projects and Dillenbeck Pump Station as set forth in the Fiscal Officer's memorandum.
- 3. Consider budget amendments and transfers as set forth in the Fiscal Officer's memorandum.
- 4. Consider approving the proposed settlement of tax certiorari proceedings for 2019, 2020, and 2021 for three apartment buildings at 6113 State Farm Road owned by Brandywine Company, and an apartment building at 1700 Western Avenue owned by Seven Hundred Company.
- 5. Consider the following appointments to the Board of Assessment Review as recommended by the Assessor: David Payton- Board member for five-year term ending Sept. 30, 2026 Teresa Freeman- Alternate Board member for one-year term ending Sept. 30, 2022 Nanck Klopfer- Alternate Board member for one-year term ending Sept. 30, 2022.
- 6. Consider scheduling a public hearing, pursuant to NYS Town Law 202, on the Assessment Roll for the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area for October 5, 2021 at 7:00pm as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.
- 7. Consider scheduling a public hearing, pursuant to NYS Town Law 202-A, on the Assessment Roll for the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area for October 5, 2021.
- 8. Consider authorizing the solicitation of bids for rebuilding filters, flocculators, and backwash piping at the water filtration plant as recommended by the Assistant Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.
- 9. Consider scheduling a public hearing for October 5, 2021 at 7:10pm on extending the moratorium on programmable digital signs from October 6, 2021 to January 6, 2022.
- 10. Consider waiving building permit fee for fire damage at property located at 6494 Vosburgh Road as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.
- 11. Consider waiving building permit fee for fire damage at property located at 52 Van Wie Terrace as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

The Governor's Executive Order No. 202.1 related to COVID-19 allows for the attendance of meetings telephonically or other similar service and says,
"Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed;"
