• 1443 Rocco Drive. Area variance to permit an addition in a required rear yard setback.
   
• 2786 Furbeck Road. Area variance to approve a construction error that resulted in a new dwelling being constructed within side and front setbacks.
   
• 21 Terry Avenue. Area variance to permit the installation of a shed in a side yard.
   
• 4008 Lexington Drive. Area variance to permit the construction of a dwelling within a required rear yard setback.
   
• 4117 Western Turnpike. Area variance to permit a subdivision that will further reduce a pre-existing, non-conforming side yard setback.
   
• 5838 Ostrander Road. Area variance to permit a lot-line adjustment that will further reduce the area of a pre-existing, non-conforming lot.
   
• 312 Trinacria Court. Area variance to permit a subdivision that will result in an accessory structure being located in a front yard.
