  • CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING and Possible Action on Final Plat Approval - 3 Lot Subdivision - M.A. Schafer Construction, Inc. - 2863 West Old State Road Public hearing for a proposed 3 lot minor subdivision of 7.4 acres +/- of land located in the Single-family Residential (R40) District. Lot 1 would consist of 3. 38 acres and contains an existing single-family residence. Lot 2 would consist of 2.2 acres and is currently undeveloped. Lot 3 would consist of 1.84 acres and is currently undeveloped.
     
  • PUBLIC HEARING and Possible Action on Preliminary Plat Approval - 5 Lot Subdivision - 634 NYS Route 146 - Flocuzzio Construction, Inc. The applicant is proposing a five lot subdivision on 19.3 acres +/- of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. Four single-family lots will be accessed from Weaver Road and one lot will be accessed from NYS Route 146.
     
  • Consideration of Concept Plan Approval - 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - 166 Gray Road - Eugene DiCerbo The applicant is proposing a 2 lot subdivision on 34 acres +/- of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA5) District.
     
  • Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - 2.375MW Ground Mounted Solar Facility - 2 Van Buren Blvd (Northeast Industrial Park) - Yellow 5, LLC Referral from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a site plan review associated with a Special Use Permit to construct a 2.375MW ground mounted solar facility on 15 acres +/- of land located in the Industrial District.

Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order No. 202.1 related to COVID-19 allows for the attendance of meetings telephonically or other similar service and says,

"Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed;"

Pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Orders related to COVID-19 the meeting will be held via Zoom instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. Members of the public may watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
