Public Hearing: Proposed local law for an apprenticeship program for certain municipal contracts.

• 1. Consider the appointment of Barak Strock as a police officer as recommended by the Chief of Police.
• 2. Consider the permanent appointment of Donald Utter as a laborer in the Water Department as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.
• 3. Consider waiving the building permit fees associated with fire damage at 6454 Vosburgh Road as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

• 1. Amended State of Emergency extended to Friday, May 7th.
• 2. 2021 Summer Recreation Program (www.guilderlandrec.com) Camp brochure, calendar, and swim lessons.
• 3. Cannabis legislation.

Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order No. 202.1 related to COVID-19 allows for the attendance of meetings telephonically or other similar service and says,

"Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed;"

Pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Orders related to COVID-19 the meeting will be held via Zoom instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. Members of the public may watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
