• 746 Waldens Pond Road.  Area variance to permit the construction of a portion of a single family dwelling beyond the safe setback line established with the approval of the subdivision.

• 6792 Westfall Road. Area variance to permit the construction of a storage building exceeding 15ft in height in a front yard.

Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order No. 202.1 related to COVID-19 allows for the attendance of meetings telephonically or other similar service and says,

"Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed;"

Pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Orders related to COVID-19 the meeting will be held via Zoom instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. Members of the public may watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
