• PUBLIC HEARING - 58 Lot Single-family Subdivision - 2745 Old State Road - JTR Realty, LLC The applicant is proposing a 58 lot subdivision of 100 +/- acres of land located in the Single-family Residential (R40) District.
• Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Classification of Action and Negative Declaration - 6630 Fuller Station Road - Lands of Gleason. The applicant is proposing a 3 lot subdivision of 36.6 acres +/- of land located in the Agricultural (A) District.
• Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Classification of Action and Negative Declaration - 126 Arcadia Ave/18 Upper Hillcrest Ave - Feliks and Teresa Minkin The applicant is proposing a 3 lot minor subdivision of 0.35 acres +/- of land located in the Single-family Residential (R20) District.
• Project Update - 5MW Ground Mounted Solar Facility - 6580 Dunnsville Road - Helios Energy New York 13, LLC Referral from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a site plan review associated with a Special Use Permit to construct a 5MW ground mounted solar facility on 56.7 acres +/- of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District.
