The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision of 21.4 +/- acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. The proposed subdivision would create one additional lot. Lot 1 would consist of 7.1 acres and is undeveloped land. Lot 2 would consist of 14.5 acres of land and contains an existing single-family residence. Lot 1 and Lot 2 would share the existing driveway with a maintenance agreement and easements for ingress/egress and utilities - Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration for a 58 Lot Single-family Subdivision - 2745 Old State Road - JTR Realty, LLC
The applicant is requesting approval of a 58 lot subdivision of 100 acres +/- of land located in the Single Family Residential (R40) District. - Consideration of Concept Plan Approval for a 3 Lot Minor Subdivision - 6630 Fuller Station Road - Lands of Gleason
The applicant is proposing a 3 lot subdivision of 36.6 acres +/- of land located in the Agricultural (AGR) District. - Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Contractor Building - S&L Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc.
The applicant proposes an additional building of the same size (9,720 sf) in the rear of the existing structure. The proposed building shall not be supplied with potable water or wastewater; the structure shall be utilized for cold storage only. As the structure is proposed only for storage, the number of parking stalls required remains the same. Provisions for banked parking are provided and can be constructed at the discretion of the Planning Board. The applicant wishes to amend an existing Special Use Permit (05-18 approved on 04/04/2018) to include this new structure. - Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration for a 4 Lot Minor Subdivision - 2819 West Old State Road - Paul Amedore.
The applicant is proposing a four lot minor subdivision of 23.7 +/- acres of land located in the Single Family Residential (R40) District.
Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order No. 202.1 related to COVID-19 allows for the attendance of meetings telephonically or other similar service and says,
"Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed;"
