- Of the new cases,
- The developer of the apartments on Vosburgh Road, across from the Hannaford, is requesting a variance from Town Sprinkler Code for the club house. The Developer is asking to install sprinklers of lower capacity will be installed with foam installation to avoid installing a lager water main to eh building which was not contemplated in the project design and budget.
- The 6580 Dunnsville Road variance for a portion of a solar array in a required side setback is of great interest to GCRG. There will be a Public Hearing at this meeting regarding this project. THIS PUBLIC HEARING IS FOR THE SIDE SETBACK VARIANCE ONLY. THE PLANNING BOARD WILL NOT CONDUCT A SITE PLAN REVIEW WITHOUT THE GRANTING OF THIS VARIANCE.

Yet the letter attached to the Agenda indicates the request is 2 years from May 15, 2021 until May 15, 2023.
Some of this meeting agenda for the Zoning Board of Appeals was originally set for the October 7th Zoning Board meeting. Due to inclement weather the meeting was postponed and all cases were rescheduled for October 21st.
