The first item on the ZBA agenda is the final decision on signs for McDonalds at 1602 Western Ave. There are also five new cases to be considered, none of which to our knowledge are of particular importance. However the 2nd new case at 3760 Western Turnpike appears to require a significant number of trees to be removed in order to build on the lot.

During the COVID-19 crisis the only way the public can observe and participate in Town Meetings is by watching the broadcast live on Verizon Fios Channel 34 and Spectrum Channel 1303 or through the Town's website live stream over the Internet.  During the meetings you can dial In # 518 579-3721 to make comments.
