Grievances will be heard via conference call and by appointment only. Grievance Forms must be submitted prior to the scheduling of appointments. No in-person meetings will be held. 

According to what is posted on Town on the Town of Guilderland website, the last date for filing assessment grievance complaint is June 18, 2020 before 8:00 pm, which frankly doesn’t make any sense if appointments will also end at that time and forms must be received prior to them call you to schedule an appointment.
