Guilderland Coalition for Responsible Growth (GCRG) is concerned with the speed and lack of transparency of the approval process for an explosion of massive new development projects proposed throughout the Town.
GCRG was formed to represent the residents’ rightful voice at every step of these new development proposals.
GCRG TYPICALLY MEETS THE 1ST AND 3RD MONDAYS OF THE MONTH AT 7:00 PM
Our next meeting will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Virtually
We hope that you will join us! We want to hear what our residents have to say, hear their ideas, their concerns, what can we all do better.
There will also be a review of the Comprehensive Plan by the Town Board and a Public Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall. Please stay tuned for more info!

If you have comments, or concerns, please make them known by contacting the Town Board or by writing a letter. They should be published on the town website. If they have not been, please let us know so we can advocate that they be posted.

Albany County Planning Board Meeting
The agenda for this meeting of the Albany County Planning Board can be found here. There are 2 items in the Town of Guilderland for consideration:

(Extension of the initial moratorium that expired a few months ago)
